Hooked up the SWA-4000 as per instructions to my Blue Ray disc player and none of the external speakers worked, even with the settings on external speaker. I tried to the 0-3-5 ect thing.Still no luck, called tech support. The woman asks me "What the unit is? I put everything back to where it was before, now I have no external speakers. I'm really sorry I bought this thing. Just tell me how to make the sound come out of the external speakers.
