Problem for Philips GOGEAR SA6045 (4 GB) MP3 Player
Phillips gogear 8 gb player
why wont the media converter recognize my player?it keeps saying "no device connected"when i know damn well it is.please help me

i guess u do have windows xp. in tht case, right click on my computer, click manage, go to device manager, then to portable devices, select ur player, uninstall it, disconnect the player. after some time reconnect it, and it should in all probability work
