look on line for dod formating software that will wipe clean the drive .soo they say .a harddrive is a magnetic recorder and most of the time when you delete or erase it you are really just rewriting over files .if you can get hold of a win 98 disk you camn make a boot disk that will boot to FDISK if you dont have a floppy just use a cd and at the command prompt type fdisk . than follow the instructions
