hi every one
i have touchmate web cam but the driver cd which had came with it is lost and i have idea what to do with webcam!

Forgive me for asking, but have you taken everything - I mean everything at all - out of the box in which it came? There are times when stuff gets stuck inside the box and cannot be pulled or shaken out by simply shaking the box. The stuff must be removed carefully, and completely, such that you are absolutely sure that the stuff comes out the right way.
If it has all come out, then contact the manufacturer, to ensure that they have sent you everything they are supposed to.
Most new gizmos, like cameras, etc., now come with sheets of paper which identify what all should be found when the customer opens the box.; Match everything you have gotten from the inside of the box with everything on the sheet and if it all matches, then you got it all. If that is the case, then you should try again to install it. But if you run into the same problem, then call the manufacturer and ask them for help. No need for being shy about it. If it doesn't work, then they should be able to give you assistance in setting up the camera. After all, Microsoft is the foremost manufacturer of software and some hardware and they certainly ought to be able to assist you in getting their own gear to work!
