How do you take out the rear drums out of a 2002 ford focus zx3 i took out the four nuts in the middle of drum and still didnt come out

You may have to loosen the brake shoes. And also "bang" on the drum with a small sledge hammer. Generally the will be rusted on and may require a good amount of force.

I need to remove the rear hub on my focus tdci 2002

Use the drum puller and tap the back side of the drum from with a hammer, and keep tightening the puller. It will come off if you have the security screw's out. The reason it's hard to pull off is BC the brakes are grabbing the drum

Changing the rear brakes on a 2003 Ford Focus.

I'am not sure what you are calling jam nuts but if you are talking about the spring loaded washers on the lug studs that are pressed against the drum, they are not needed.
