I bought a suitch door (7,5€)...nothing... I bought a drain pump (€18)...and dont´work. I have spoken with some experts and they say" the problem could be from the "PWC" board ". I live in Portugal and it´s price is €75. I´m not shore if is the right advice because I bought a new LG Machine with Direct Drive tecnology... but I have stored my old LG Machine. I hope this information could be useful

Not fully drained within 10 minutes. check the pump for strings or small items . Check drain DE=drain error.
