I have a 7750 xerox printer. paper keep wraping

I have a 7750 xerox printer. paper keep wraping around the fuser roller and jamming. the fuser has been used for only a short time. Is this a damage unit and need to be replaced or is there something I doing wrong.

I think the fuser has something jammed, take the fuser out and with a flash light. make sure nothing is jammed inside. Make sure the rollers are not over used with wrickles or has black spots on it. If it's wrinkle then the fuser its way too used so you have to change it. If the fuser has black goo spot use some alchol and clean the rollers very well and that should do it. Make sure you are using the right paper. Make sure it's not too thick and make sure you have the settinging correctly. I would just reset the memory of the printer and put some 8x11 normal paper. If that does not work. Good luck.

Hello sir; Try to move out fuser unit, check the fingers against the fuser rollers, does it build up toner on the finger tip if it does, clean it up otherwise replace it.
