Question about Garmin StreetPilot c340 GPS Receiver
1 are you inside the city, inside or between tall buildings, if so get out into the open, so you can see clear sky, a 45 degree cone above. or
2 device burried inside the the car or truck, try for a few moments holding it in normal up direction, outside the vehicle so it's clear of metal obstructing the sky. (see 1 above)
certainly not conditions to work under, but these eliminate a few problems.
hope you didn't drop the unit, but after 1 and 2 above I start thinking, internal intermittant connection ? Good Luck GB_C
