I have the same question for my AT&T CL83212 cordless phone. I set the time, but when a call comes in the time reverts to 3 hours back - Pacific Time. We are Eastern Time. I called AT&T &
was send a new Uverse modem (???) - that did nothing. I am ready to return the phone.
Whoever is controlling the incoming calls is sending a different time zone. If it's the telco, call them. If it's a VoIP carrier like Vonage or Packet8, get them to let you log into the box and change the time zone offset.
To return the base announce language to english press and hold the skip button for two seconds.
To change the display language in the handset press the flash button, then use the CID button to sellect english, then cycle thru the rest of the menu by pushing the flash button until done.
Hope this helps!
