the washer will fill and agitate, but will not drain or spin. any ideas?

check and see if your machine has a drip dry switch if so set on the normal or off position if do not have this function check drain pump for blockage or kinked if all clear water pump may be faulty also could be timer problem but more likely water pump be sure to switch of power safety first let me know how you went
