when i turn it on the yellow light comes on for a few seconds then goes off, there is a blank screen and nothing happening!! have tried on different tv's and tested scart lead etc...?

- thanks for your mega quick reply!! i have restarted it about 7 times in the hope that summut would change, but no!! still keep getting the blank screen, at first it came on and said ps3 and had the wavy line thing, but wouldnt go to the menu, but now that has gon aswell and just have the blank screen.
