Make sure that your belt is not broken and is on the pump correctly then I would recommend that you put a hose into the drum, **** on it to create a flow and send the water to outside of your house or to a drain first.
Take your hose loose from the pump on both sides of the pump, but be ready for water to run everywhere.
Look in your pump to see if there is a clog, and also blow out both hoses, that should solve your problem
