It might be due to some faulty previous installations.
So undo them:-
1)When your system is getting started keep pressing F8 until you get to a screen from where you are asked for boot mode.
2)Goto safe mode and press enter.
3)Your system will boot up with minimum drivers and then try to restore your system to any previous date or else... you can just uninstall last installed programs.
Restart your PC and it might work.
