Red lamp light is on and tv will not turn on

That's a very vague description of your problem. If you can post more information about what might have happened leading up to this failure, or what symptoms if any, you noticed just before it failed, that can be very helpful. Does it even try to come on now ? Is the sound still working ? When you turn it on does the LED come on and stay on, or does it shut back down after a few seconds ? Are there any odd sounds or smells coming from it ? Did you notice anything odd about its functioning in the days or weeks leading up to this failure ? Please post more if you can and that may help with determining your problem.
