Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Go to my computer scroll to sansa or your MP3 player and open the music folder and open each sub folder and delete Songs manually then delete the folders them selfs then format a couple of times hope this works.........Try and drag and drop from your music folder to the media folder on the player make sure usb mode is mtp this will show you all the folders Use your windows explorer for the transfer... much easier.....
Then disconnect from your computer and see if it worked

"Bad Track" Messages on e260

You have songs that may be protected or the wrong format for your device.
delete the bad song and download another copy from a different source and try it.
This is not to uncommon due to different file formats and protection in the song files
When you rip songs from another device often some won't load or play in another device
especially if they are paid for songs.

There is probably an easier way to do this, but if you are listening to the song, click the bottom menu button, and then go to delete song

Hope this helped

Music files won't show up

Is your device almost full? The player needs sever MB's of space to create the database or menu, for you to navigate with. Try deleting some music, then restart the device. Best of Luck.

My sandisk e260 wont play songs i down loaded

Well, I may have a solution. Some music websites or "free" mp3 websites put a type of license or protection thing on the files that you download so that when you try to listen to them, you can only use certin software/music players and also make it so you cannot use any of the files on your mp3 player/iPod. I tried a place called emusic.com and they say you get 20, or so, free downloads BUT you can only use their music player for them. And the funny thing is, they have avertisements in about half of the packages of new mp3 players in the market. Try looking at their policy or license on the website to see if you can put the songs on your mp3 player. Good luck, and have a nice day.

Keeps displying "bad track"

I had the same exact problem. When i called them they said that becuase these songs were not properly put on the device it will not work. What he meant by properly is that you cant just copy and paste all your music. This may ork for some of your music but will not work for most. And he also said that if the music has been gotten wrong meaning, if you didn't rip from a cd, and you just copied and pasted.
