the felt seal part number 697694 could be worn,if the drum sags down from the felt wearing down it forms a gap and the clothing can even get stuck in gap,some dryers have glides that wear down and some ride on a back bearing,but the problem usually is from a part wearing down and a gap forms from it and it damages the clothing,hope this helps
