Jensen VM9412 Auti-theft lock password lost NEED HELP

I just bought a car with this radio installed and i lost the paper the guy gave me for the code and i have no way on contacting him anymore, doesn anyone know of a secret menu or code i can use to unlock the radio its a Jensen Vm9412 Indash tv-navi thanks

Try entering the default Jensen passcode "012345". It may sound silly, but it'll work if the owner hasn't changed the password to their own personal code.

On mine i put in 054321 and then push the silver button on the right side of h/u or try 012345 and the the button don't use the arrow on the screen

Jensen VM9412 touch screen locks up when I first turn it on, I need to insert a password with no remote...how? I've tried resetting it, tried the battery trick and even yelled at it. *shrug. Any Ideas?
well the passwork is 543210 and if it keeps doing this somethings wrong with the wiring so first thing i would do is check all the fuses and then wire it up again. it seems like something is lose.
