While we have been called worse and for better reasons, your rant is misdirected. FixYa is a help site. The Experts that volunteer their services here provide solutions to problems concerning a vast array of products.

Fixya is not in any sort of partnership agreement with the manufacturers of the products we provide these Free services for. And are certainly without affiliation to LG or any or their resellers.

I can understand the frustration caused by a malfunctioning or defection device. That is the reason this site exists, to help owners of these devices find solutions to these problems.

To sum up, the beautifully worded love letter you posted was not delivered to those who you believe to be the source of your frustration, but to an army of volunteer technicians of exceptional talent who were waiting to help someone out for free, Well done.

I don't know what the exchange rate in negative Karma points for that one is, but I'm pretty sure you won't have to wait in line for them.
