Makita Model 2012nb Planning 3 &4 ft. red oak boards
Planning starts and stops
At each start/stop a blade burn
or gouge results
Also on occasion, there is a loud knock
This same problem occurred when planning some cypress
The problem started about 6 mo. ago.
Not sure age of planner, maybe 3 t0 5 yrs old
