my aspire is installed with windows xp no drivers and no software but my CPU is running and overheating the laptop but there is nothing running was in task manager and system and system idle process is running

Within TASK MANAGER, click the "Processes" tab.
Click the 'CPU' column-heading.
Click it a second time.
Now, each process will be listed in order,
with the TOP-MOST lines showing the processes that are consuming the largest share of the CPU.
