Will not power on. Power is live and there is a yellow/orange light shining on the motherboard. I am pretty savy with this stuff and have checked the power supply and all of the connections, but still no dice. Computer was a bit dusty so i had cleaned off the dust but still not fixed. Do i have a motherboard issue or a power supply issue? Please help if possible.
