I have a Canon Pixma MX310 that had a Paper Jam

I have a Canon Pixma MX310 that had a Paper Jam problem. It would show paper jam even though there was no jam. I found a spring loaded switch, which was suggested on this site, and just toggled it. This cleared the jam error. But now it jams on every piece of paper it tries to print. What do I do?
