Lost sound on my DFI LanParty DK 790FX M2RS after

Lost sound on my DFI LanParty DK 790FX M2RS after trying to update to latest Realtek Driver.
Now PCI Device under system devices is missing driver. I reinstalled the Sound driver but I seem to be missing another component that was removed during update. I think it might have been added when XP professional was installed.

Can you try to roll back the pc by doing a system restore, you should have restore points, pick a restore point date that you knew worked fine.
