Trust me you don't have to replace the WHOLE keyboard for a couple of keys. I got problem with one of my Dell key and I ordered it from a website and repaired it at home. No, and even if you could find the keys those white bits were the only thing that were holding the keys there. That keyboard is unrepairable, you will gonna have to replace the entire keyboard. It's a fiddly job, it's better to leave it to a professional.

THe best thing to do is replace the whole keyboard. Unless you can find a used one and want to really take the time to do this and it is not easy to do, go here:
