JUST UPGRADED TO HD RECEIVER. PICTURES ARE NOW RECEIVED WITH BLACK BARS UP BOTH SIDES, AND PICTURE APPEARS SMALLER THAN USUAL. TRIED ADJUSTING ASPECT RATIO'S,BUT WON'T CHANGE.

black bars on sides when whatching cable tv. The options that are with the TV don't stretch the screen to cover the full screen. It should so the black bars don't ruin the pixels.
