Samsung 26" LCD TV will not turn on

Samsung 26" LCD won't turn on. Red light in lower left is lit. I have tried different outlets in other rooms. TV powered up once during that process but will not turn back on after turn it off. What could the problem be? What the general cost to get it repaired?

you have one or two bad caps in the power supply these can like devices will be puffed on the top from venting the value is wrtten on the sides replace them and you will be good to go
