Try to Unplug/replug the power cable., and also try to reseat the new Printhead and the ink cartridges., make sure also that your cartridges are full or Good.
Now if this issue did not solved and since your using a new parinthead Please call kodak for a printer replacement or repair Toll Free 1 800 235 6325.
Updating the firmware of the printer will not solve the issue since it has an error indication on your printer. Gudluck!
