Your brush's are gone you will need to have a washing machine mechanic to look at it it is not a easy job go to your local second hand shop they normally the cheapest tell them you had some one look at it and they said its your brushes that was they wont rip you off ok

My washer model fjs1397w wont move through a wash cycle or spin drum wont go around on any cycle , tried moving it around by hand will not do anything

if you are unable to turn the drum by hand it may have ceased due to a sock or item of clothing jammed in it behind the drum this in turn may have snapped the belt

Drum makes a noise when spinning

Seems to me washer is off balance clothes are not evenly distributed or something may have become lodged hindering the spinning of the drum OR factory defect if recently purchased. Hope this helps

Hswf 147 hoover washing machine wont spin

Not spinning at all can sometimes be caused by a blocked filter or drain pipe. Does your machine spin if you turn the dial to the spin only setting? Ours has developed a fault whereby it won't spin at the end of a normal cycle, but if I turn the dial to 'off' then to 'spin only', it will spin.

Drum stuck fast

sounds like the drum bearings may have seized, or they are worn and the belt has come off and wrapped around the drum pulley. a few things you can check are:-

does the inner drum have any up and down movement to it?

does the belt appear to be on ok? (you will need to remove the lid to see)

have you noticed any black marks on the clothes recently?

hope this helps

please dont forget to rate the helpfuness of this reply, thanks kj
