try another sim in tyour handset if does not works than contact vendor as it might be a hardware issues of you mobile,,,, the issue might be with the network receiver or sim chip. check out with the vendor.

u can track the problem of ur phone in connecting it to computer
because there are three types of contact service #1is prompting out of ur phone contact service #2 theres a display but its all black #3 is no display the best thing u can do is try to back up ur file then format it if that wont work try to re heat all components of ur phone..
because u said it fell down so maybe some part has lose of contact......thats all i can say...>^_^
