Canaon MP620 says no paper but there is!

I need help! My printer, type listed above, says there isn't paper but there IS! I had used it recently, and it worked fine, and I tried to print again, I hadn't TOUCHED IT, and it said no paper. I try shifting the paper around and nothing! I'm a college student AND THIS HAS TO BE FIXED NOW!

You have a choice of printing from the top tray or the bottom cassette. When you press the feed switch it changes from one to the other and a led on the panel shows which is being used.
