Red lines in photos and pics too red?

I have a Canon Powershot A80 (bought in 2005).
The first problem was with this camera, this ->

The Canon company fixed the problem for 60€. (Something was wrong with the shutter, It didn't close and the changed a wire in the camera, I think).
Now the second problem! The red lines in the photos and on the top of the pictures. Also the colors are not right! (tooo red-ish? Looks like the pics were taken with a vey very old camera when they first started to use color cameras instead of black and white).
