Best thing to do is go to
http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/phones/topic/updateserviceapplication?cc=gb&lc=en and update your software.
I presume this is what you need.
But if the phone has damage to it its best to ring your dealer first,then sony ericsson.
if not then search for mobile spares online.
