Try using a software called driver genius, it'll help you find and download you the drivers you need

get all the vista driver from toshiba's website to install the sm bus controller driver.

You can download any/all the Windows Vista device drivers for your model laptop from the Toshiba WEB site from their download page. Make sure you enter the model of your laptop so you can get the correct drivers. Use this link: -
