Question about Alpine CDA-9887 CD Player
There's no treble & bass setting although checked that everything is according to the manual. This is a new install.
You DO NOT NEED imprint software to tune your bass/treble so don't waste your money. Go to "A. Sel" then graphic or parametric equalizer based on your settings in "setup," then go through either the 5 or 7 bands as you have setup and adjust for each frequency. On graphic EQ, you have more dynamic control. These are what each band represents by frequency from 1-7: 60hz, 150hz, 400hz, 1khz, 2.4khz, 6khz, 15khz. Hope that helps.

I have an Alpine 9887 you have a different eq than just trebel and bass the only way to get you bass an trebel setings are to install the imprint stoftware now if thats the route you go it tunes your radio to what it thinks it should sound like it's for sound quality not for alot of bass been there done that I have the software but you need to take it to a good alpine dealer to have it installed good luck
