I have a problem with my bizhub 210 copier. Displays Code C13F0

I have a problem with my bizhub 210 copier. Whenever I want to photocopy it says copy cancelled and then displays code C13F0. Tried to switch on and off and Switching on while holding down the stop button. Where is the problem coming from? which part of the machine ? how can I fix it? Prior to this it was writing code c5001 which it seemed was to do with the fuser unit. I replaced the thermistor from another machine and the paper guide plate was not fixed in place. When switching it on I held down the Stop button.
