plug up to pc/laptop...my computer...open the player and manually delete the rockbox folder...eject from pc safely, shut down and turn it on...rockbox is no longer on the player and will be force to start up original

1 - since you really did nt delete all of rockbox (you shoud reinstall the whole thing) this will take of the system looking for it.
2 - you will have a dual boot up and a choice of which one u wish
