50 ' Samsung DLP pausing

model #HLN5065WX/XAA

My tv keeps pausing while it's playing. Movies and VOD work fine, the problem occurs while viewing cable. Cable on the upstairs tv works fine.

please help

dlp samsung pauses in black and white graphics almost like a negative effect and never recovers.
