try to open the back of your washing machine and remove the screw.
You can find the motor where the belt is attache
at the footings of the motor you will see 4 sets of bolt connected to the motor where the belt is attached, you can loosen it, just loosen enough so that you move the motor back and forward, by doing that you will notice that the belt is lossen, take out the belt, you will see the part number of the belt in it, if not it more advisable to bring the belt itself to the supply store and have it as an actual sample.
when you are ready to put it back, just put back the belt vice versa the way how you remove it.
make it sure it will hold enough grip so that when you make it running, it wont slip away.
NOT TO TIGHT, it must be a little bit lossen but not to tight.atleast enough you can press a little the middle of the belt when it is already installed.
then thighten the screw, dont put back the cover yet, make it run first so that you can do a little adjustment.

my dryer is now displaying a 8.8 on the display and will not turn on..this has happened before and if I unplug it and play with the different buttons, it will sound like it is going to start and then stop but eventually will start..now it does not even sound like it is starting..it is very cold in my house 47 degree wondering if something is frozen on the display..seems it has only happened when it is very cold in the house???
