samsung lcd LN-T4069F , when turning on, the picture is blurry, double images with lines for about 5 minutes to 1 hour before returning to normal. This is for any video input, so it must be a t.v. issue. it is just out of warranty, and i am not afraid to replace components if need by, any advice is appreciated.
