Are the beeps long, short or looped? Is there a post message along with the beep or can you see nothing?
I would guess it is the memory 1st. Disconnec the pc, pull the memory out and blow out the pc to free any dust, put one stick back in and test each one and each dimm slot. If you still get the errors then match your number and type of beeps to your systems diagnostics map here:
