THE HANDLE RELEASE WILL ALLOW THE HANDLE TO BE RELEASED BUT DOES NOT ALLOW THE HANDLE TO gO BACK INTO LOCK POSITION iS THERE A SPRING OR SOMETHING THAT ALLOW THIS HANDLE RELEASE TO WORK.
