let me say this 1st because this will be the easy way to fix this assuming you tried to either run the update or ran it again after the failure. if thats the case.
im going to assume you tried to update your unit to the 4.46 update that you downloaded off the magellan site,
HERE ( if you havent, i suggest you do it before continuing) and in doing so it bricked your unit.
Magellan Will repair or replace any of there gps sytems that were rendered inoperative due to their updates. they will check your account to see if you downloaded the update.
- register your unit on magellangps.com if you havent already
- download the update
- attempt to install update on your computer
- call magellan tell them your unit is not booting up after the update
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST/PDT
Telephone: 800 707 9971
hopefully you understand what im saying here.
should you decide to take a different route, let me know and i will help you get it up and running if possible.

- glad i could help you, Yuppie_me
dont be surprized if they just send you either a new or refurb, because its rare they fix any of the ones that are returned.
good luck Yuppie_me
