the light that check paper and print cartridge keeps on flashing as well as a e where the number of copies are.... but i bought new cartridge and paper...how do i fix it??

One or both print cartridges are failed.If you replaced black, replace color too or back.

if after putting the new cartridge your problem is not solved then your printer needs servicing, plz take it to professional
