look at the bottom of your freezer, you will find a small hole or opening, it is a drain exit point of your defrosted water, try to clean it, maybe there is a small object bocking up the way or the hose all away down

power was switched off and alarm came up.Switched back on but I cannot reset the temperature back to -20 as it keeps going to EC mode. I can get the temperasture down to -20 but only be usding the fast freeze setting and then it slowly goes back up to -16 on the EC setting.

sudden and complete power loss on my Whirlpool WBM502 1X refrigerator. Have tried two power resets, one after an hour interval, to no avail. Have also double-checked the fuse in the plug head, but it is fine and the alarm is goes off on the fridge so the basic power supply is there. What's most likely the cause here? Is there a characteristic with these machines? Unfortunately, I am past the warranty here....

Got this freezer defrosted, a week ago, then put back on , sensor madly flashes negative 19 celsius, internal sensor indicates 5 celsius, it starts alarm sound, even if i press quick freezing, it doesnot begin to freeze, i noticed no cluttering thermostat noise.
