My remote window is just a solid blue. Before this happened the screen was showing several things at one time. Prior to that the remote would just shut down my system for no reason. There were times that I would hit a button a the remote wouldn't respond, so I would hit it again and it would say "HARMONY LOOKING FOR FREQUENCY" and again it would shut my system down. PLEASE HELP!!!
