I have connected the usb to my on pc and it is also connected to the coby dp 161 and nothing happens. Any ideas? Unable to take it back as I have had it a couple of months and can't find the receipt. I bought it to load pictures for my dad to carry around with him.
Downloading and running the following tool, triggers a reset of your BlackBerry smartphone. Upon reset, your BlackBerry smartphone may require several minutes to restart. 1) Connect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer. 2) Click on the following link http:ww.blackberry.com/hotfix/2009fall/calfix.exe to download and run the tool. A new window opens. 3) If your BlackBerry smartphone is password protected, you will be prompted for the password to authorize the installation. 4)When the update is completed, the window should close and the BlackBerry smartphone should reset. 5) After the BlackBerry smartphone resets, USB Mass Storage functionality should be restored.
