The DVD side will not open. Once we select it either manually or by remote it simply shuts off the whole TV.
Grandad said he put in a smaller disc and it did not work. My guess it was a blue-ray disc.
This may not be why it is broken but highly suspect. I want to use the manual to see what can be done.
