Problem for DISH Network IR Remote Control Remote Control

Bought a dish identical remote to Bell Expressvu.

bought a UHF dish remote that is identical remote to Bell Expressvu. It won't control my Bell receiver. Is there a frequency difference? Any suggestions?

You may need to program to your equipment, go to dishnetwork.com/tech and that will show you how to address your remote.
