It will not turn on.. i have changed the batteries

are you using the recommended battery AA Ni-MH batteries or KAA2HR or if not rechargeable it should be alkaline?. If yes Please try reverse the orientation of the batteries In short insert the batteries in opposite way insted of postive negative make it negative positive.
