There seems to be two Harvard Charting softeware

There seems to be two Harvard Charting softeware packages available on the market: Harvard Chartxl 3.0 ($130) and the Harvard Instant Chart ($30). What is the difference?
I can not find a supplier on the internet that will sell the $130 boxed product. I prefer a boxed product with a printed manual if possible,
